Devin's Memorial bench at Wilson Ponds

Hello. On September 27 my son Devin Hawthorne suddenly passed away from the demons of addiction and depression. He had been struggling for years with addiction and had got himself clean on his own motivation. He had to do prison time to pay for the consequences of his actions while he was on drugs. He owned up to his past actions and did his time quietly. When he was released he was so excited because he had a fresh start on a new life. He had left behind all of his bad influences and concentrated SOLELY on family where he gave all of us 110%. Eventually the darkness of addiction and depression set back in where Devin just couldn't regroup himself. It ended up taking his life.

Devin was EXTREMELY into fishing. It was one of his passions. We as his family are trying to raise money to have a memorial bench built to put at his favorite fishing spot at Wilson Ponds in Nampa, Idaho.
