Funeral arrangements and daily living expenses

On Monday October 24th, 2022 at 4:37 PM, the Willoughby Police and Fire Departments responded to the State Route 2 eastbound exit ramp to Vine Street

(State Route 640) for a motor vehicle crash involving a motorcycle. A 33-year-old Wickliffe resident, Devin Jazbec, was transported to University Hospital Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby where he was pronounced deceased. Devin leaves behind wife Rachel Jazbec and 4 year old son Finn. When Finn was born, their first stop out of the hospital was a visit to My Kids Childcare Inc to secure a spot for their son. Finn has been attending our facility since he was 6 weeks old. Devin was a loving father and a frequent mystery reader at MKC. Our hearts ache for Jazbec family and want to do everything possible to preserve Devin's memory for his family, friends and acquaintances.

Visitation will be on Sunday, October 30, 2022, from 1 to 6pm at Monreal Funeral Home, 35400 Curtis Blvd., Eastlake. A Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 30, 2022, at 6pm also at the funeral home.
