Devin needs a ride!

My name is Devin Blata.I am 33.  I was born with  Cerebral Palsy. I am nonverbal,  but speak with a communication device. I require 100% physical care from another person every day. I am an independent person living in my own home. I live on a fixed income, and I am struggling with no transportation. I have reached out to resources and seem to fall short on qualifying for help. I have the next 6 months,  of every week, of physical and occupational therapy due to Congenital dysplasia of both hips. I am in a lot of pain. This is a pre-surgical determination. I am seeking help from my family,  friends,  and neighborhood communities for a wheelchair accessible van to maintain my health and well-being,  some enrichment in my life,  and hopes to get a job and give back.
