Last week, Dawn, Devin's mother, received a call no mother ever wants and heard her son was found unconscious and sent to the heart hospital.

We later learned that Devin went into cardiac arrest and would need brain scans to see the extent of the damage.

Dawn will tell you that the moment she saw her son, she knew he wasn't there. After days of waiting and multiple tests and MRIs, doctors were able to officially tell us Devin would not make it.

Devin is an organ donor and will be able to give new opportunities to other families in waiting. Devin's wish was to be cremated, and we will be honoring this, which is where your help comes in.

We ask you to help with this unfortunate, unexpected expense to lighten the financial load of cremation. There is no plan for a funeral, and family will be having a private celebration of life.
