Everyone can be a leader! But what kind of leader are you? Discover, with the devices of leadership toolkit.
Devices of Leadership is a portable tool kit which guides groups to physically take on positions of leadership. With the physical embodiment of leadership styles through movements, position within a conversation and simple objectives, participants can learn about the diversity of leadership. While discovering what kind of leaders they are in addition to training skills associated with other leadership styles.
This tool kit is aimed at professional situations and educational programmes related to leadership. I made this project for my graduation at the Design Academy Eindhoven and now I wish to take it into further development.
If you support this project here is how the funding will be used:
- Development of the exercise into a saleable product:
This includes more development and testing of the exercise with focus groups.
Creating an online toolkit and website for the product. (so that people don't always need the physical product, for example, a printable to use instead.)
Translating the exercise into different languages.
- Advertisement of this service to companies.
