Development Pipeline Support

LUX / Sideshow p/b Specialized has been working with young riders for 7 years learning what is necessary to best develop and help US riders advance in the cycling development pipeline. This year LUX ran an ambitious European program to replace European race days that were lost when USA Cycling was unable to run National Team Development Trips. The riders of LUX had the opportunity to do 9 International Stage Races as well as a number of UCI one days totaling over 40 International Race Days. LUX's efforts have resulted in 12 of the 26 members of this years World Championship Road Team being LUX riders or LUX Alumni. Additionally, we will be seeing multiple LUX riders advancing to European U23 and World Tour Teams.
