Devastation in Texas - Chris Moreau

My name is Melissa Aungst and I live in State College, PA.  My brother, Chris, lives in Dickinson, TX and was  extremely affected by Hurrican Harvey.  They were told not to evacuate on Friday as they were not in the flood zone.  Early Sunday morning, water began to seep into his home and only half of the water is shown in this photo, taken early Sunday afternoon.   Shown in the photo are his truck and car in the driveway of his home.  He has lost everything and he does not have flood insurance.  He luckily was able to get a boat from his house, with his dog Rugby, and then to a bus which transported him to a hotel in Galveston, TX.  We are not sure what lies ahead of him, but we know this is a complete disaster for him and all of the communities affected.

Chris is in need of help to restore everything he has lost. I have no idea of what this cost is, but I can only imagine it's  going to be extremely high.
