Hi, my name is Romario a proud native of, Parottee District, which is located just outside of Black River, Jamaica. I am now living overseas, but my heart has never left home. I am kindly asking for donations to help support my home and my community of Parottee, Jamaica. Recently, a devastating Category 5 hurricane (Hurricane Mellissa) swept through Parottee, leaving behind unimaginable damage. Homes have been destroyed, flooding has displaced families, and the entire area is still without power.

Many elderly residents, and children have lost everything. What was once a beautiful community is now a shambles of what it once was, struggling to recover from the storm's aftermath. Our community of Parottee, seaside located just outside Black River, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica, has been completely demolished by the catastrophic impact of Hurricane Melissa. This isn't just severe damage, but destruction. Our neighbours, friends, and family are all facing a crisis.
