A Devastating Loss

Story

Sarah Jane McChesney Gosselin 2/9/1978-7/8/2022 Our beautiful friend and colleague, Sarah, recently lost her battle with mental illness, leaving behind her loving husband, Pete, her dear stepson, Aiden (17 years), and her cherished daughter, Sunday (4 years). She was a caring, devoted mother, wife, and friend who was always making everyone around her laugh, and this was an incredible shock for everyone. We want to help her family in any way we can, so we are starting this Go Fund Me to help ease the financial and emotional stress the family will be experiencing in the coming months. Pete owns a small business, but healthcare benefits were through Sarah’s employment, and that is only one of the stressors the family will be experiencing as they transition from two incomes to one. Those of you who knew Sarah were the lucky ones. Her wit was unmatched, and she always lit up a room with her intelligent, creative humor. She was also a dedicated healthcare worker who worked directly with covid patients throughout the pandemic without complaint. We are all devastated and struggling to process losing Sarah, but words cannot express the tremendous loss and sadness her family is going through at this moment. We are very grateful for contributions in any amount to help make things easier for Pete, Aiden, and Sunday during this unimaginable time. All donations will go directly to the family. We cannot thank you enough for your love and continued support.
