When Hurricane Melissa swept across Jamaica, it did more than tear down homes and uproot trees, it tore through lives. Born And raised in Jamaica I have always been deeply connected to my country and my community, a very proud and resilient Jamaican. After witnessing first hand the devastation my family and friends have gone through, and hearing from my colleagues just how much they’ve lost,I cannot stand by and watch my people struggle. So I began my mission to raise funds and assist with recovering. Starting again from scratch. I am calling on the kind hearts around the world, your support can help my family, friends and colleagues rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. The money will go directly toward rebuilding and assisting with the basic necessities that are needed right now for our families and friends back home.
