Late on the night of June 7th, our family experienced a devastating tragedy.

For the family of Jayden, Sam, Carter & Cassius Pereira

The Pereira family lost their home in a sudden and catastrophic house fire. Within a matter of minutes, the fire tore through the property, destroying the entire house and everything inside it.

Thankfully, all four family members, along with their beloved pets, made it out safely. While we are incredibly grateful that no lives were lost, they have been left with nothing but the clothes they escaped in.

Years of hard work, memories, family keepsakes including family ashes, furniture, clothing, children’s toys, appliances, school supplies and all of life’s everyday necessities have been lost. Everything they had worked so hard to build for their family has been reduced to ashes.

As parents of two young children, they are now facing the overwhelming task of starting over from scratch. In the days and weeks ahead, they will need support to secure accommodation, replace essential items, purchase clothing, food, children’s necessities and begin rebuilding their lives.

Anyone who knows this family knows they are hardworking, caring and the first to help others when they are in need. Now, they find themselves in a position where they need the support of their community, family and friends.

We understand that not everyone is in a position to donate, and that’s completely okay. Sharing this page with others is just as appreciated and will help us reach more people who may be able to assist.
