On New Year's Day, Ricky's home tragically burned down, resulting in the loss of all their belongings.

Thankfully, Ricky and his family are safe, but the emotional toll and the daunting task of rebuilding their lives now lie ahead.

One of the most devastating aspects is that Ricky's 5-year-old daughter lost everything, including her Christmas gifts. It is an unimaginable situation for any family, and our hearts go out to them during this difficult time.

In light of this, I am writing to appeal to our incredible team spirit and compassion. Ricky and his family need our support to get back on their feet. If you are able and willing to help, we are organizing a collective effort to assist them in rebuilding their lives.
