Hi, I’m Andrea Trujillo. It is very awkward for us to be in this position today of having to ask for assistance… But here we are, because you never think it’s gonna happen to you.

Yesterday Tuesday 3rd of December in the afternoon we had the darkest days of our lives. Our house (rented) was consumed by fire. An electrical fault at the main switchboard started it all. Thank goodness our toddler and I weren’t home and we can’t be grateful enough that my husband David made it out safe and sound. Our hearts ache for our beautiful cats Sirius ‍⬛ and Maia who didn’t make it and passed away during the fire, they will have a deserved goodbye in the next few days .

I can’t say we lost it all, because we have each other as a family (minus our cats) and we are surrounded by such a wonderful group of people which is really humbling. But all our material stuff is gone for good. This time we’re asking if we could get any help from you, would be so helpful as you can imagine we have to start our lives again back up from the ashes.
