Devastating Fire at Worcester (South) County Woodworking
Donation protected
On the night of February 8th, tragedy struck Worcester County Woodworking (South County Woodworking) in Oxford, MA, wiping out 35 years of hard work and dedication. Owners Paul Blanchette and Wayne Gum built this business from the ground up in 1990, turning their passion for woodworking into a livelihood that has supported not only their families but also the families of their employees.
In a single night, a devastating fire destroyed their shop, equipment, materials, and several completed projects—leaving them unable to fulfill orders or continue their work. This family-owned small business is now facing an uncertain future, and they need your help to rebuild.
Every donation will go toward:
- Replacing essential equipment
- Completing customer orders lost in the fire
- Helping employees and their families recover
- Restarting their business from the ground up
Paul and Wayne have poured decades of love and craftsmanship into this business, and with your help, they can rebuild and keep providing for those who rely on them.
Anything you can give will help them get back on their feet. If you’re unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser to help spread the word.
Thank you for supporting Worcester County Woodworking (South County Woodworking)
