This morning, a family very dear to me, suffered a devastating tragedy. The loss of a loved one is always difficult, but the loss of a child is simply unbearable.
At the tender age of 14, James “Wyatt” Byrd was a selfless, sweet and smart young man. He was a dedicated athlete and an outstanding student. He loved his family dearly and had an infectious smile.
