Very early this morning my best friend and chosen sister Genene was awakened by her loving husband of 15 years trying to catch his breath. He couldn't breath .He asked to call 911. By the time they got there ,even though it was quick he was hanging on for his life. He actually knew one of the paramedics who arrived. He begged him to save him for he had a family he loved and he needed to be here to take care of. Unfortunately his friend and paramedic needed to rush him to the hospital. On the way there they had to revive him ,and once again at the hospital. But sadly so the next words from the doctor to his wife and family was ..we did everything we could....but we couldn't save him..His life was taken by a sudden FATAL blood clot.
Nick was a loving caring hardworking husband..father to twin girls Raquel and Gianna and a stepdaughter Tiffany and stepson Chris who proudly serves in the Marines...And this September to a new son in law Mike .A wedding he will no longer help plan ..walk down the isle ,cry at or enjoy. .He will never see his twin girls graduate high school go to collage ,marry have children of there own and become the wonderful girls he was helping to raise .He was a dedicated friend. If you were his friend.. you were his family. He would take the shirt off his back for you ...no questions asked...He was a hard worker. Worked 6 days a week and Sunday was family day... something he always looked forward to.But now he will be leaving his wife behind to take care and finish raising there children. Financially...on a SINGLE income..physically and mentally. When she promised to love, honor and treasure till death do they part...she never imagined it would be at 50 years old and only 15 short years together.. So if you have it in your heart to help these amazing ..loving people out it will be so GRATEFUL from the bottom of mine ..my family ..and all our friends HEARTS....THANK YOU in advance for all you can do.
