Devastated by Dorian -Helping Ginger G

My Cousin, Ginger Giaquinto, lives in Treasure Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. She DID live there until Hurricane Dorian completely devastated the island. Ginger was one of the many victims of this catastrophic event, losing literally everything...her home, her belongings, family mementos. Sadly, there is no insurance due to cost. $25,000 per year!
Ginger was injured in a very serious accident several years ago, which left her disabled and she spends much of her time in a wheel chair. Sadly, along with everything else, her wheelchair was also a casualty of Dorian. 
We are so  immensely thankful that Ginger was rescued after 4 grueling , terrifying days. Her friend's 2nd floor condo, where she found shelter, was the only one of 4 units not completely destroyed.  Their condo did not go untouched, however.
The ceiling in one part of the apartment caved in, what seemed like buckets of water came pouring in,  causing the condo to flood.  They had to barricade the door so that the angry sea didn't totally breach their place of refuge. In Ginger's words, "it is a miracle we survived".  She said she truly didn't know if they would live through the storm. She said she thought of all her loved ones, saying silent goodbyes to everyone.
After experiencing this horrific event, Ginger now has to rebuild her life and we are asking for your help.
