Hello family, friends, and everyone else reading this,

I would like to reach out to you all to find it in your heart to help my cousin who is currently in the intensive care unit in the Philippines. On the morning of March 7, 2021, my cousin, Rocky Casiano, suffered from an unforeseen and tragic event where he was stabbed in his abdomen and the knife was drug down his torso causing his intestines to be exposed. In the midst of the event, his descending aorta was also cut, in which he suffered major blood loss. He was rushed to the nearest hospital and then needed to be transferred to a hospital that had the means to perform an extensive abdominal surgery on my cousin.

Due to the high amount of blood loss, Rocky is now in acute kidney failure and is requiring dialysis to prevent further damage to his kidneys. 

Rocky is 25 years old, he has three beautiful children, a 6 year old son, and two beautiful girls ages 7 and 8, and a loving wife who are in need of our prayers and support. Rocky's younger sister and his wife had to take time off from work to help provide 24h care while he is in the hospital.

The healthcare system in the Philippines is by and large different than the healthcare system in the United States. Care will only be provided after the hospital receives compensation. 

We ask for your support to help save my cousin Rocky's life and to help him get back to his family. We also appreciate anyone who can share Rocky's story ❤️
