Detroit Family Faces Unbearable Loss in a Double Tragedy!

Hello, My name is Kiya. On March 19, 2025 at 3:00am I got a call from my older sister saying our brother Keith whom we affectionally call Nate was shot and killed. We also learned that our brother Kevon (Kev) had been shot as well and transported by private vehicle to the hospital. Unfortunately Kev did not make it out of surgery. We are left mourning two of our loved ones.

As a family we are broken, devastated, confused, frustrated and down right disgusted by the acts of the perpetrator(s).

In August, we lost a sibling Jaitwuan to a pulmonary embolism. We are only just now financially recovering from that unexpected blow. My mother is now faced with burying two more sons.

Today, we are calling on the help of our family, friends and our community to assist us in laying our loved ones to rest properly.
