THANK YOU, friends and family, for taking time to read and possibly help in our efforts to raise money for Tom's family. We appreciate your support more than you know.
A brief synopsis of Tom's journey:
In May 2017, Tom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. He received 8 rounds of chemo and is still having PET scans every six months.
About 3 months ago, Tom had his first mini stroke. He has had 4-5 total, which have affected his ability to walk and talk.
Around a month ago, Tom was airlifted to Grady Hospital after a stroke. He then began rehabilitation for 2 weeks.
The most recent stroke led to emergency brain surgery and insertion of a stent in the artery at Emory. The stroke was located in his brain stem, affecting the part of the brain that controls movement and swallowing.
There are other concerns such a pneumonia and intestinal infection.
With your help, we can help alleviate some of the financial burden Tom's wife, Tiffany, is currently facing.
