On the morning of October 21, 2025, Vicente Guerra Aldana, was unjustly taken by unidentified agents.

Vicente, 28, had simply stopped at the Home Depot in Sylmar, CA, alongside a coworker on their way to a job in Mid City. While his coworker quickly ran inside to grab materials for the day’s work, Vicente stayed behind in the truck to watch over the tools in the truck bed but in the span of just a few minutes, everything changed.

Before his coworker could return, Vicente was suddenly and forcefully taken by unidentified agents. His coworker witnessed the horrifying scene unfold and tried to intervene, but it was too late. Vicente was already being detained without explanation, without cause, and without the dignity every human being deserves.

There was no warning, no answers, no time to even understand what was happening. Just a peaceful morning turned into a nightmare.

Vicente is a kind soul, someone who enjoys the simple joys of life like nature walks and working with his hands. He comes from humble beginnings and has always done his best to make an honest living.

We believe Vicente was unjustly targeted simply for being brown. What happened to him is not just wrong it’s deeply heartbreaking and profoundly unjust. People need to see the truth; the inhumane heartless ways the agents treat us. This isn't happening somewhere far away... it's happening right here closer to home than most of us want to believe!

La mañana del 21 de octubre de 2025, Vicente Guerra Aldana fue injustamente detenido por agentes no identificados.

Vicente, de 28 años, simplemente se había detenido en el Home Depot de Sylmar, California, junto a un compañero de trabajo camino a una obra en Mid City. Mientras su compañero entró rápidamente a comprar materiales para el día, Vicente se quedó en la camioneta cuidando las herramientas en la parte trasera. Pero en cuestión de minutos, todo cambió.

Antes de que su compañero pudiera regresar, Vicente fue repentina y violentamente detenido por agentes desconocidos. Su compañero fue testigo de la aterradora escena y trató de intervenir, pero ya era demasiado tarde. Vicente ya estaba siendo arrestado —sin explicación, sin motivo y sin el respeto y la dignidad que todo ser humano merece.
