El Santuario CYD Santa María es una asociación que lleva más de 20 años ayudando a los animales y denunciando a sus maltratadores. En la actualidad cuenta con más de 200, de los cuales alrededor de 50 son caballos, habiéndose convertido en uno de los Santuarios más importantes de Europa a pesar de no recibir subvenciones de ningún tipo.
Sin embargo, el pasado Sábado 14 de Septiembre de 2019, la enorme tormenta que azotó Málaga de madrugada destrozó en unas horas lo que había costado más de 20 años construir. Desde entonces se han ido sucediendo varias emergencias, todas ellas publicadas en nuestro Facebook e Instagram , incluyendo la nueva inundación por la Borrasca Gloria en Enero de 2020. Estamos cayendo en picado, nuestra situación es muy delicada y no logramos levantar cabeza. Ahora más de 200 vidas dependen de la generosidad de la buena gente, la supervivencia del Santuario depende de un hilo.
Con tu ayuda, podremos afrontar facturas veterinarias y de comida, ambos son gastos imprescindibles para mantener a nuestros animales, y no podemos garantizar poder pagarlas a largo plazo.

The CYD Santa María Sanctuary is an association that has been helping animals and denouncing their abusers for more than 20 years. It currently has more than 200, of which around 50 are horses, having become one of the most important sanctuaries in Europe despite not receiving subsidies of any kind.
However, last Saturday, September 14, 2019, the huge storm that hit Malaga at dawn destroyed in a few hours what it had taken more than 20 years to build. Since then there have been several emergencies, all of them published on our Facebook and Instagram , including the new flood by the Glory Drizzle in January 2020. We are plummeting, our situation is very delicate and we can not lift our heads. Now more than 200 lives depend on the generosity of good people, the Sanctuary is treading on very thin ice.
With your help, we can handle veterinary and food bills, both are essential expenses to support our animals, and we cannot guarantee being able to pay them in the long term.
