Friend’s Destroyed Condo - Naples FL

Hey everyone. We’re Greg and Kate Sofranko born and raised in Naples Florida. We are going to share a story of our best friend who lost everything during hurricane Ian. He was Greg’s best man at his wedding and an incredible friend to all of those who know him.
During hurricane Ian… His condo was across from the beach and during the storm surge, the water pushed through impact windows and water levels rose to 7ft. He was renting and doesn’t have renters insurance. His car was lifted and nearly pushed into the Gulf of Mexico, but is a total loss.
Thankfully he evacuated and is safe, but will need to replace everything in his life. His clothes, his home, his furniture… he’s a small business owner in town and has a big heart always willing to give to others in the community in Naples.
We know there are thousands of stories like his, but our hope is that even a small donation will help replace the essentials: Clothing, toiletries, shoes, a place to live etc.
If you’re able to donate, we will be providing the money directly to him. Thank you and God bless!
The funds will be given directly to him to replace his belongings, help him afford a home for him and his dog. And hopefully repair the memories and irreplaceable items lost.
