Hi Everyone,
Myself Destiny, I am proud south asian transgender women whose living in Vancouver. I work full time at sephora as well as part time show girl. My goal is to be visible for all my trans sisters and support them throughout there journey whereas when I started I could not find a single south asian trans sister in Vancouver to ask all those questions to.
I am very emotional and happy to share the news with you all that I am getting few FFS( facial feminization procedures) as well as Breast augmentation surgery. I started my medical transition about a year ago and socially transitioned few years back. I am so grateful to have you all through my journey to live my authentic self. When I think back the time moved to strange country by myself at the age of 18 in the hope to find the life I always wanted to live without any fear. All those year being in fear of coming out to world was traumatizing but today after years of hard work I am proudly Canadian.
This is next step in my journey to make my out-self match my inner women. It’s been hard being with my dysphoria for the face I have been wearing mask all day throughout the summers and winters to hide my face. I had consultation with few doctors from India and found a doctor for myself who is going to help me to continue my journey of women-hood and I will be leaving next month for surgeries.With all those savings throughout the years I am only able to save up about half of the cost of medical procedures, living and travel expenses there. Being off from work lately with my mental health state I was not able to save towards my surgeries. I urge from bottom of my heart to support me with anything and share this gofund as much as you to help your own Destiny.
