On February 12th, 2025, my 20-year-old daughter, Destiny Devaughn, was hit and killed by a vehicle while attempting to cross the street in Memphis, Tennessee. And there still isn’t anyone who has been held responsible for this tragic and fatal accident . Who knew that this would happen to her at such an early age? I’m hurt and confused. It saddens me that her 3-year-old son is now left without his mother. No, she wasn’t on life insurance, and I don’t want to resort to her not having a home going.

I am reaching out to my family and people in Virginia, also to my family and people here in Memphis, to help me provide a proper burial for my daughter, or anyone who sees this and has it in their heart to help.
