Destiny WON 9-2 IN FINALS on July 3, 2022, and started this GoFundMe afterward. This GoFundMe has funded her and her Chaperone as she competed in Pan Am Karate Championship in Mexico City, Mexico, from August 22-28, 2022. Furthermore and is now preparing to represent the USA at the WORLD Karate Championships in Kohan, Turkey, with Team USA Karate this October 24-31, 2022!! 

Flights for Warrior Destiny and her Chaperone are required for both Championships, including registration fees which include hotel and other expenses. We anticipate the Worlds to be higher cost since flights are $1500 each July 2022. We secured Destiny's registration for Pan Ams deposit by the July 15th due date ($1260); we then received word and were able to pay Destinys registration fee for the World Karate Championship before the due date of July 29th, 2022 (additional $1600)! (Which is way sooner than we anticipated)! We need your Support by Donating and Sharing ASAP to get flights and expenses on Time!

 Destiny is a Student of EJ's Warrior Karate Academy in Columbus, Ohio. She is also in the National Honor Society at Columbus City Schools, a Senior at Eastmoor Academy, and enrolled in courses as a Freshman in College. A chaperone must accompany/assist Destiny since she is a minor (16) and is included in the estimated cost.

 

**UPDATE 9/8/2022: Destiny has completed first leg of GoFundMe by competing August 27th, 2022 in Mexico City at Pan Ams. Although she didn't make the Podium, she is working hard to represent the USA in Worlds this October! We Raised our Goal by $750 due to USA National Team Training Camp (for Worlds Oct 2022) in Dallas, Texas, Sept 16-18, 2022. The estimated Cost for this training includes flights, Destiny/Chaperone, lodging, transportation and Meals. **
