Two wonderful people recommended that I do this and as much as it pains me to do so, I am out of options so here I am... Thanks to my landlord ending my tenancy after 15 years as an exemplary tenant, I'm finding myself at very short notice without enough funds to raise a deposit to put down on a new rental home which is in effect making me homeless. Suffice to say that any money I do raise will be paid back to each and every person once I'm settled. That goes without saying. I hate asking for help but I am rapidly running out of time to do anything else. Know that any tiny amount will really help. And thank you.

In addition to paying everything back once I'm hopefully settled, anything over the amount that I use will be paid forward to help someone else who is in a similar position.

No one should lose their home due to private landlords acting before the new "no fault evictions" law on May 1st, particularly when they have been a tenant of good standing for many, many years.
