Desperately needed cancer treatment.

Hello everyone. First off, thank you for taking the time to read this. I’ll be as brief as possible. In 2021 I had an emergency appendectomy that result in a diagnosis of appendicial mucinous adenocarcinoma/neoplasm. I was assured it was slow moving and stage 2 would likely never cause an issue. Less than 6 months later it was stage 4 omental carcinomatosis. At this point I had few options, especially in the states. I stayed in Tijuana for the month of December is 2022 and had a major surgery and alternative treatments. When I came back I was essentially cancer free.
Just as my life was getting back in order I found out a couple of months ago it’s back, except this time in my upper left Quadrant of my peritoneal cavity. It’s very aggressive and between insurance issues here and doctors appointment keep getting postponed and pushed off. Currently I don’t even have an appointment with my oncologist until August 3rd. If I am able to get treatment before it spreads outside of its current location there is a surgery and radiation that can be done and I have a decent chance of making it. If it spreads outside of its location the only option is chemo, and the cancer does not respond to chemo historically. This is a last resort for me to get the help I need a quickly. I have never begged for anything in my life, but I am begging now for the help and generosity of others. I genuinely have nowhere else to turn. Thank you for your compassion.
