Desperately need an electric wheelchair

Having just been diagnosed with Degeneration Disc Disease with L1 & L3 already fractured. l am now unable to stand for more than 2 minutes or walk more than 20 metres without being in terrible pain.

My existing wheelchair is breaking down, l am getting scared to go out with and need to purchase a new wheelchair, please help if you can
