Hello All,

My name is Andre and I am reaching out to as many as possible to help me recover from a huge knockdown that has happened to me in the last month. Those of you who know me are aware that I was badly injured while working on a film set in 2013. The accident left me disabled and unable to continue my work in film production, which I had worked all my life toward. Since that time, I have been living on the edge. I received no significant legal settlement due to two lawyers that let my case expire. I am left with only Social Security Disability and side jobs to get by. Four weeks ago, the means by which I make this extra money, my car, had a complete engine failure. The vehicle is supposed to be under a general recall for this problem, but my mileage is over their allowed limit, so the company will not cover it. I have an extended warranty from Endurance, but they claim I did not maintain the car properly because I am missing one oil change receipt in the last two and a half years. I am now left with paying for an engine replacement, which at a minimum will cost over seven thousand dollars. I have also fallen behind in my bills as a result and need to raise a bit more in order to catch up and become current.

There are a myriad of other financial challenges here as well that I won't go into, but I am in serious need of help. I am asking you to give whatever you can in assistance to get me back on an even keel. Any amount is welcomed. Even if only a few dollars, it will be most appreciated. Once I reach the goal I need, I will give any extra, should there be any, to charity. This I promise.
