Hay all, I find it so hard to reach out or ask for help so this is hard for me and I’m not ashamed to admit but I’m desperate and to help avoid anymore facial fractures or broken bones.

I am in desperate need of a new specialist wheelchair that meet my needs and most importantly keep me safe when I’m able to access the community.

the NHS don’t provide specialist wheelchairs and by not doing so they don’t meet your care needs meaning your left with nothing which is totally unacceptable.

They expect you to pay for your own mobility equipment which is so expensive and completely unaffordable when you only receive disability benefits.

I am scared of having a seizure and ending up in the road or being run over having fallen from my wheelchair.

I hate asking anyone to help me buy my mobility equipment and I’m finding this hard to write, but please from the bottom of my heart I am asking for help, to keep me safe and reduce the risk of serious injury or being hit by car or run over.

anything your able to help me with would mean the world to me and I’ll forever be grateful.
