Desperate Plea for Help: Saving My Beloved Shih Tz

Hello everyone, I'm reaching out today with a heavy heart and a desperate plea for help for my beloved 11-year-old Shih Tzu, Pancakes. Six years ago, I rescued Pancakes from the streets, but little did I know that he would become my savior. He has been my rock, my reason for living, and my entire world. Unfortunately, Pancakes is facing a critical health crisis, and I find myself in a challenging financial situation due to my personal escalating medical costs and treatments. Pancakes has been diagnosed with a heart murmur, which initially started as a grade 2 but has now progressed to a grade 4. Over the past three weeks, he has been struggling with severe respiratory issues and even experienced syncope episodes due to his heart condition. I have made an appointment with a cardiologist on July 19th, and I firmly believe that with the right medications, Pancakes can live many more happy and healthy years. I refuse to say goodbye to my best friend, the one who gives me purpose and makes each day worth waking up for. However, the cost of Pancakes' upcoming appointment and the necessary tests, including an EKG, X-rays, and a senior panel, amount to $2,200, which I need to gather before the 19th of July. It's not easy for me to ask for help, but I would do anything for him.
