Desperate help to save his life.

Edit: With what we have raised by the help of all of you the doctor was willing to take him back to emergency surgery. Wish my baby luck. 

This is my dog Trigger. He has to have emergency eye surgery to remove his eye and unfortunately I am short on funds and need help paying the rest . He already had a 5 part surgery, 2 blood transfusion and a bone marrow aspirate but with his eye being ruptured he will die if it’s not removed right away. I’ve done everything I can to keep him alive and I deeply deeply am in need of help. Is there anyone here that can help donate for the emergency saving of my dog ? He is my family and my best friend. He is everything to me. The vet needs 1400 to perform emergency surgery. Please I don’t want him to die. He is not doing good at all. The vet does not take donations so I’m setting up a go fund me. Please please help anything helps! We’d be so grateful!
