Desmond McDaniel funeral
This fundraiser is on behalf of Desmond’s (Des) family who was a much loved member of the Islington community. He unfortunately passed away unexpectedly on 27.07.22
He was well known for being the welcoming face of Islington Wine, Liverpool Road for many years. As he was such a popular member of the community he was loved by many of his costumers and he loved working in the shop.

Desmond never complained once even fighting and over coming cancer he constantly had a smile on his face and greeted anyone he met with a friendly smile and warmth.
Desmond was a pillar in the community who always gave back by donating to charities and the Church. He had a heart of gold and was selfless in every way. Everything he had, he wanted to give to others, which is why we want to give him the send off he deserves.
All donations will go to the funeral costs.
