I am opening a dialogue about my health.

Within the last few months- so many people came forward to help me.

The generosity was overwhelming, and provided such a relief over these last few weeks.   Now here I shall talk about what exactly is happening right now.

Originally, this GoFundMe was created to raise money merely for the surgical gender confirmation and the legal means to accomplish the same standard that every citizen in this country is expected to provide.   I just wanted to be considered valid among my peers.  Now I announce that I am a proud citizen of the state of New York.

The political climate this year was devastating.  My struggle went beyond the transition care needed to be see as valid.  Now I am fighting for my life - that now has a chance thanks to all of you.

 

Now I am fighting for my health as an intersex individual.

In the realm of fantasy - if you are able to acquire the name of your adversary,   you win.

- Suspect Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia.

If you have known me for more than a few years- you've known that I've been very sick for a long time.  

Because the condition that has produced virilization within my body over time;
Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia as the likely culprit.   

This causes an event known as Addisonian Crisis - which causes seizures and attributes hypertension.   

If I can resolve this, most likely I can resolve my seizure disorder.

The ER visits (that many of you already know about)
have provided referral to both Endocrine and Neurology Specialists.
Appointments are being set to evaluate and to investigate the proper
treatment path for these conditions.   

These visits are harsh, and confronting this is devastating; but your
donations go straight to the cost of attending and fulfilling this treatment path. 

I wouldn't be able to do so much without your help.
