My son, Deshawn Smith, was just 26 years old when his life was taken in a fatal head-on collision. The Polk County community is coming together to support me and Deshawn’s dad as we face the heartbreaking loss of our son.

Right now, we are grieving while also preparing for the expenses that come with laying Deshawn to rest. This fundraiser is meant to help ease some of that burden during an incredibly painful time.
