HELP DESERT ISLAND DUMPLINGS

Hey there,

I'm Lucy and I run Desert Island Dumplings the first EVER vegan fusion dumpling company.

We've been shaking up the North West street food scene for almost three years now with our unique fusion flavours and think it's about time we settled down and gave our customers a base to get their dumpling fix.

Obviously the world's a bit mad right now and until I was approached by Afflecks Palace I wouldn't have dared dream of such a plan BUT the license is affordable, the leccy bills are covered and hand on heart I think we can make this work.

Unfortunately, time is not on our side. To nab the space we had to agree to open in three weeks. That doesn't give us an awful lot of time to get Dumpling HQ looking tip top/ save enough funds to acquire everything we're gonna need.

I'm talking a chest freezer, a fridge, tables, a till, chairs, a paint job, re-wiring, hot plates, a double-deep fat fryer, signage, chalkboards, menus... frankly the list feels endless.

We know it's not easy for anyone right now so no stress on giving a lot, but trust- a little can go a long way. Cheers!
