Desert Garden Montessori

Dear Family and Friends,

We are all sharing an experience I never thought would occur in my lifetime, let alone this early. Everyone has been impacted by our current situation in some capacity. I have created this page in order to help support the school I work at. Desert Garden Montessori is a non-profit, private Montessori school. Shetal Walters, my incredible aunt, started this school in her family room with a handful of students. Today, we have over 300 children ranging from infants to seniors in high school! The community she has built is truly one of a kind and something I hope will continue to grow. It was amazing to watch our staff pull together and transform our school to online learning in just 3 days. 

We have been fighting to keep our school alive and providing services to our community through online learning and food. I am reaching out to you all for help.
