Desert Bus for Disastrous Coffee Spill Relief

Hello, I'm nintendesi, most of you know me just as Desi.

I stream on Twitch for a living – streaming is my only source of income. A few weeks ago, there was a disaster in my office just after I went live. I accidentally spilled a full mug of hot coffee all over the desk. I ended stream and immediately got to cleaning up the spill, but the coffee got _everywhere_. It took me two full weeks to dismantle the entire office, clean up all traces of coffee from all of the equipment & surfaces, and reassemble everything. Thankfully I was able to salvage most of the equipment, but the UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) needs to be replaced. On the market right now a new one costs about $220 or so.

Otherwise, missing two full weeks of streaming has been a major setback for the stream. Losing two weeks of work has literally halved what monthly income I usually earn for the stream. We also lost over 30 paid subscriptions during this time as well, essentially meaning that it's going to be an uphill battle for me financially moving forwards. I won't be able to pay bills in the next month or two if I don't find a way to earn what we lost.

So, to help raise money for our stream, my dear friend EchoRayvenna has graciously offered to host a fundraising stream. They are a bus driver by day, and they will be playing Desert Bus – when else will we get the opportunity to watch "Bus Driver Drives Desert Bus?" They'll host the fundraising stream this Saturday (February 8th) starting at 2PM Pacific/5PM Eastern. A HUGE thank you to Echo for taking the initiative and doing whatever they can to help us <3

Note: Echo has also very generously offered to play a game with "Desi Rules" for every $1000 raised! Desi gets to pick the game that they will play and will stipulate what rules he wants them to play with. If Desi says they can't save state, they can't save state. If he says to play the game using a U Force controller, they will play on a U Force (provided that they have one).
