Valentín Ochoa touched every heart and soul that crossed his path. His story isn’t defined by the cancer that took him from us, but by his unwavering faith, hope, and strength throughout his journey. His charismatic soul, his enchanting smile, and his unforgettable green eyes.

Vale went far and wide searching for a cure for his brain cancer, driven by his deep will to live and all the dreams he still held. He devoted his life to God and to the children who suffer through illness. Even through his own pain, he prayed and fought for them—especially the little ones at CHLA, whom he carried in his heart every day. He was always thinking about his family’s well-being and cared deeply for his friends. His love for those around him never faded, even through his hardest days.

Now, as we face the heartbreaking reality of his passing, we ask for your help in laying him to rest and honoring the beautiful, though short, life he lived. Valentín was—and will always be—so deeply loved.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us give him the peaceful farewell he deserves. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your kindness, prayers, and support.

Valentín Ochoa tocó cada corazón y alma que se cruzó en su camino. Su historia no está definida por el cáncer que se lo llevó, sino por su fe inquebrantable, su esperanza y su fortaleza durante toda su vida. Su alma carismática, su sonrisa encantadora, y esos ojos verdes inolvidables.

Vale buscó por todos lados una cura para su cáncer cerebral, impulsado por sus profundas ganas de vivir y todos los sueños que aún tenía. Dedicó su vida a Dios y a los niños que sufren a causa de enfermedades. Aun en medio de su propio dolor, oraba y luchaba por ellos—especialmente por los pequeños del CHLA, a quienes llevaba siempre en su corazón. Siempre se preocupó por el bienestar de su familia y tuvo un cariño muy especial por sus amigos. Su amor por quienes lo rodeaban nunca se desvaneció, ni siquiera en sus días más difíciles.

Ahora, frente a la dolorosa realidad de su partida, pedimos su ayuda para poder darle descanso y honrar la hermosa, aunque corta, vida que vivió. Valentín fue—y siempre será—profundamente amado.
