Hello all,

This year I'll be back in the waters of Lake Michigan again to swim for a cause. We are on a mission to support A Long Swim.

A Long Swim is primarily dedicated to using open water and marathon swimming to raise awareness and funding for research to cure ALS. This motor neuron disease holds people hostage in their bodies.
