Our beloved Derrick Lee, Sr. transitioned peacefully surrounded by family early the evening of January 21, 2019.  Derrick will be remembered for his gentle yet bravado laced demeanor when he entered the room.  His love for his children Derrick "DJ" Jr, Sunni Grace & bonus daughter Arianna & likewise the children that his fatherly spirit poured over into during his tenure at DHS in Philadelphia, PA as a Caseworker & Supervisor was undeniable!

Derrick's dedication to providing a home, support & strength to his family was cut short in the past 2 years, which eventually led to his recent hospitalization, surgeries and ultimately his untimely death. 

As I am equally grateful for EVERY prayer, visit & call it is with a heavy heart that I now reach out to my community of Friends & Family to ask for any contribution that you see fit to assist my family & I in laying Derrick Lee, Sr to rest. I am in advance & will forever be grateful for your assistance.
