Derrick George, 35, of Houck, AZ, passed away in a car accident 10 miles west of Wendell, Idaho, on September 30th, 2017.  On behalf the family, I write to ask for donations for funeral expenses. This was a sudden tragedy that has come one month after the passing of our dear Cheii (grandfather), Dan George. 

Derrick George was a Dine' 2015 graduate of the University of Arizona, where he practiced the Arts in Architecture, Health and Human Services and Social Justice issues involving Native American and LGBTQ rights. He was a loving son, grandson, brother, cousin, nephew, uncle and friend. He was loved by many and will be missed immensely.
