My name is Danielle Jefferson, and Derrick is my father. Dad was a good man who loved life, his family, and the WVU Mountaineers. He died on the operating table at Ruby Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, March 16, 2022. He had no insurance policy or death instructions prepared, so I am responsible for carrying out what I believe would be his final wishes.

All of the funds raised will go to Dad's funeral expenses.
