Many people will come and go in your life. Some will join us for a season, and others just for a moment. We are lucky if we can ever get to know a person intimate enough to just call them a friend; and it is about damn near impossible to ever find someone you can call your best friend. Deron was one of the most kindhearted, generous, men I have ever met in my life. He was a gentleman and a man of integrity who loved his friends like family; and put his daughter Jessica above anything else in life. Deron touched the lives of so, so many people and we are all honored to have known him. As my best friend in life, I am so grateful to have known him as close and long as God was willing. His larger-than-life smile, laughter and never-ending run of jokes, filled us all with so much joy and life, it will be difficult to move on without his physical presence. It is with such great sadness and sorrow, from a mere mortal perspective, that our best friend has gone to better a place in Heaven. Deron’s memory and life will live within our hearts and memories forever. Rest in peace my friend.

Deron will be cremated this weekend January 19th and a family only service will be held. Deron's brother Steve has arranged for a Celebration of Deron Schneider 's life for family and friends at the Fox and Hound in Richardson, Wednesday 24th from 7-10pm, where finger foods will be available.

There will also be another friend gathering and open to all that knew and loved Deron and his daughter Jessica, on Saturday 1/27/2024 at The Reval in Frisco.

Please bring photos if possible for sign in book for Jessica

Having said that, I know without a doubt Deron’s most precious asset and biggest worry in life, and the afterlife, would be his daughter Jessica, who he loved so much. I know without a doubt, that Deron would want us all to not grieve for him; but rather celebrate his life, and put our energy, focus, and support into his daughter who is about to have her 24th birthday this Saturday 1/20/2024. Friends are asking everyone that we know to pass this around and give what you can. We know Deron’s only request would be that his daughter would be taken care of and not burdened with financial difficulty during this terrible time in her life.

In God’s name we pray,

His many many dear friends and family.
