Tragically on April 3rd, 2015, my brother-in-law, Derek Monk lost his life in a head-on collision on Glen Highway near Anchorage, Alaska. Derek left behind a loving family, including his wife, Monica and his five children, William (15), Jacob (14), Aaronn (9), KayLeigh (5) and Sophia (20 months).
This account has been set up as a way for family, friends, and the community to show their support and help his family with expenses of moving back home to Georgia. Derek was an amazing husband and dad, worked hard to provide for his family; anything you can give will be greatly appreciated.
All donations and proceeds will go directly to the financial support of their young children. If you cannot
help monetarily, please pray for them as they face the future without their father, husband, brother, son, and friend.
