Hello all! My name is Myra and I, along with the community, are asking for donations on behalf of the Bell Family.

Firstly, we appreciate taking the time out of your day to read the story of Dereka.

Our sweet girl’s life was suddenly changed after attending a local party. Dereka, unfortunately, was a victim of a shooting as an innocent bystander. She received a gun shot wound to the head where she is currently, and succeeding at, fighting for her life. She was transported by ambulance an hour away from where the Bell family resides.

To assist with room and board, food, general necessities, travel, and medical expenses, we are asking for donations during this time. Dereka is full of life and is such a warrior through it all. The community loves her and we all have Faith that this will be an impeccable testimony for her.

ANY amount will help and if you cannot give we ask for prayers, good wishes, or strength to be sent to her and her family. We all appreciate anything. We just want our happy, sweet, and intelligent young lady to be healthy again.
