It is with a VERY heavy heart that I tell you that Derek Wolf left this earth and passed on peacefully to heaven. 

The doctors did everything they could. Everything. He had very sudden internal bleeding that unfortunately could not be managed. 

He was lucid and peaceful through it all. Elise was by his side the whole time and even the kids were able to come to the hospital and say goodbye. The connection between this family is so deep. Even the hospital staff said it’s like nothing they have ever seen. 

The GFM page is now monetary support for end of life expenses, medical bills and anything the family needs. All funds go directly to Elise.
