On February 14th, 2024, Derek Martens experienced a medical emergency and was rushed to Red Deer Regional Hospital, where he remains on life-support in the ICU.

This immensely difficult time is clearly one of financial uncertainty as well. Derek and his wife, Rena, are both hard-working, self-employed individuals. As you can imagine, the road ahead will be long.

We want to provide some stability to this emotionally uncertain time by providing Derek and Rena, along with their children, Kinsley (age 10) and Presley (age 4), with the well-deserved and necessary funds to navigate life.
