The Derek "D-Spawn" Turner medical relief fund

Greetings my name is Ryan Dillard and I'm trying to raise money in the form of financial relief for Derek "D-Spawn" Turner. He is having a surgical procedure called "Spinal Arthroplasty" (Disc replacement) in the upper neck region of his spinal cord. Once the surgery is complete he will begin the road to recovery and will be unable to work for at least 2 months as the monthly & medical bills accumulate. He understands that we all have financial woes & issues but any contributions made would really help ease the burden of his day to day financial obligations and would be deeply appreciated by him and his wife. The Turner family is very appreciative of the out pour of support from family, friends and the interest taken in Derek's medical issues.
